PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven work experience of 4 – 5 years in residential flat sales and plot sales
- Should be able to assess client requirements’ and serve promptly to maximize closure opportunities
- Ability to manage team of sales executives and be able to achieve
- Should possess strong sales, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Perseverance and endurance to stay focused and aggressive
