Refer to Earn
- Eligibility is not limited to existing customers
- The scheme is only applicable when referring another person(s) who purchased a plot from Aakruthi Properties
- This scheme is not applicable to channel partners.
- The prospective client can be referred to Aakruthi Properties through a personal meeting / email / whtsapp or Call and then confirmed in writing by both the existing customer and by the prospective client. Thereafter an acknowledgement of Aakruthi Properties should be obtained which needs to be produced while claiming referral fee.
- The referral scheme will not be applicable in case the prospective customer, as per records of Aakruthi Properties, has already approached Aakruthi Properties in the past 120 days enquiring about the project.
- The referral fee is subject to change without or prior information.
- Referral fees will be paid either through an A/C payee cheque or by any other financial instrument at the discretion of Aakruthi Properties only after the referral has registered the agreement of sale. The same will be paid within 30 days of registration of agreement of sale.
- The referred customer while booking the unit with Aakruthi has to mention the referee’s name at the time of completing the booking form.
- Aakruthi Properties reserves the right to amend/alter/modify/withdraw the scheme at any time during its validity without any prior intimation.
- In case of any dispute, decision of Aakruthi Properties shall be final and binding on all parties.
