A commune of 800+ homes spread across 50+ acres of lush green land, near Whitefield, Bangalore recreates the ambience of a Bangalore gone by. It offers a home, a neighborhood and a lifestyle that is as soothing as its modern and convenient.
Natureville is a lifestyle destination located on the eastern fringes of Bangalore. The locality is lush with greenery and very well-developed too. Commuting to the IT hubs of ITPL or EPIP is a breeze, and further, the project is close to the Metro line. Aakruthi Natureville sits adjacent to a lake. It offers all the advantages of Whitefield, and more, minus the crowds and the traffic.
Aakruthi Natureville has been carved out of what was once wild vegetation and fruit orchard, in a locality that lies close to ITPL Main Road, Old Madras Road, Hoskote Road, and Sarjapur Road. This makes it easy to access the project from alternate routes. The technology and industrial hubs of EPIP and ITPL are a 15-20 minute drive.
Apple's Taiwanese supplier Wistron plans to invest Rs 3,000 crore in Narasapura industrial area in Kolar district, the Karnataka government approved the project. A team from Wistron called on CM HD Kumaraswamy in Bengaluru on Tuesday. Gururaj A, the country head of Wistron, was quoted in a communique from the CM's office as saying the project to make iPhones on the 43-acre land will be one of the biggest projects of its kind in the country. The statement said the facility is expected to generate 10,500 jobs.
The state high-level committee on Saturday cleared several investment proposals worth Rs 9048.39 crore. The six projects which were cleared are expected to provide employment to about 35,487 people. Except for one proposal based in Belagavi, all others have been granted land in Bengaluru Urban and Rural areas. Among the proposals cleared was that of Oracle India Pvt Ltd (`2,438 crore) for 13 acres and 29 guntas of land in Kadubeesanahalli village, Outer Ring Road, Bangalore East Taluk. Bluestone Tech Park has been allotted 55 acres in Appajipura, Samethanahalli and Koraluru villages of Hoskote taluk to set up an integrated IT Park at a cost of `2,051.39 crore. Our project is 10 mins drive from this upcoming IT park.
Localities on this route benefit from affordable land rates and efficient connectivity to Whitefield as well as to the airport. The auto hubs at Narsapura and Vemgal, and the commercial development in the north, are set to strengthen demand for residential property options here. The planned infrastructure development adds value too. The Hoskote-Malur Road runs beyond the eastern periphery of Bengaluru. State Highway (SH) 95 connects Hoskote town to Malur, a 22-km route that is connected to the city via the Bengaluru-Tirupati highway National Highway (NH) 4. Efficient connectivity, an easy commute to the IT hubs of the city and the auto industry setup has spurred residential property growth in localities in this belt.
